craniosacral therapy
craniosacral is a gentle, non-invasive touch based therapy. various parts of the body (head, shoulders, limbs, ribcage and pelvis) are held by the practitioner based on what the patient is comfortable with. influenced by native american manual therapies and osteopathic medicine, this therapy enlivens the patient's natural potentiality for healing while in a relaxed setting.

it depends on what we are treating. acute concerns generally take less time to resolve than chronic concerns. a typical first course of treatment is either two treatments a week for two weeks and then weekly from there or one treatment a week for a month. we will discuss your concern and i will make a course of treatment protocol at that time.

acupuncture is generally not painful and many people find it to be a relaxing experience. i can modify treatment in any way that is needed for your body.
